A Chance to Dance Community Day is a monthly community outreach initiative incorporating a theme around which the day's events are centered. One Sunday each month during LAB's season the dancers of Los Angeles Ballet offer FREE ballet classes, alternative dance/fitness classes, and lectures/demonstrations.

Join us as we learn more about Sir Frederick Ashton's adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, and celebrate Los Angeles Ballet as the first American company to perform this production.

Intro to Ballet
Ages 13+
No previous ballet experience
Relaxed, comfortable pace

Adult Intermediate Ballet
Adults 16+
Previous ballet experience. Intermediate knowledge of steps and terminology.
Medium to fast pace
Youth/Teen Intermediate Ballet
Youth 7-15
Some previous ballet experience. Basic to intermediate knowledge of steps and terminology. 
Medium pace
Creative Movement
(Parents are welcome to participate/observe) 
Children 2-6
No previous experience
Slow pace
Pro Advanced Ballet
All ages
For the professional or pre-professional dancer
Fast pace
